Pipe press maintenance
1. Replace the hydraulic oil in the tank when it exceeds the hydraulic oil manufacturer's regulations, or check the oil level gauge. If the hydraulic oil is oxidized and darkened, it must be replaced.
2. Frequently inject anti-wear lubricant into the moving surface of the mold base.
3. During the working hours of the non-pressing machine, please cover the dust cover to prevent sundries from falling into the mold base.
4. Prevent dirt and other impurities from entering the hydraulic oil tank. If the pressure oil tank of the crimping machine enters the tiny impurity particles, they will scratch the plunger pump, jam the valve, block the oil port, and cause the crimping machine to malfunction.

How to Crimp the Ends on a Hydraulic Hose?
1 Insert one end of a length of hydraulic hose into the hydraulic hose fitting. Make sure it is securely in place.
2 Set the micrometer on the hose-crimping machine according to manufacturer specifications for the kind of hose and fitting you are using. Find these specifications in the hose-crimping machine's manual.
3 Place the fitting end of the hose into the crimping machine and line up the fittings mark on the machine with the top of the hose.
4 Insert the compression ring into the crimping machine.
5 Activate the hosecrimping machine.
The crimping machine's press will exert pressure on the compression ring, causing the compression mechanism to press against the hydraulic hose fitting and crimp it in place.6 Repeat this process with the remaining end of the hydraulic hose
The attention about the big range rubber hose crimper machine
1.Motor start:Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the motor and pump rotation direction or arrow direction.
2.Before the operation:Check the hydraulic oil tank .
3.Normal operation:For the first 30 minutes please do the running after normally begin to use the machine
4.Hydraulic oil:No any regulation for oil spill valve,the highest pressure must not exceed the rated pressure .Pressure hazard!Danger of injury.
5.System failure:If system failure happen,do not blindly process.Please in accordance with the operation manual or sequence analysis to deal with the problems or find professional repair engineer to solve problems.
